Who We are:

We are the Anastasias – a family of 4 that is very active, love to travel, explore, always ready for an adventure and love to eat healthy!

Our idea is to combine Fitness, Food, Activities and Travel for overall health and wellbeing, which becomes a lifestyle.

Our moto is that there is time for everything in a day, you just have to be organized and learn to prioritize. Carving the time could change your life, so get organized, have goals, make checklists and follow them!

I, Viktoriya Anastasia, am originally from Bulgaria, Eastern Europe, so I was brought up with delicious homemade food by my mom, dad and grandparents. When I say homemade, I mean made from scratch. Yes, we made everything with whole ingredients and from scratch. That is what I know and that is how I try to operate in my kitchen. I would like to give my kids the same experience I had growing up.

So, Encourage your kids to help in the kitchen. You are not only teaching them how to cook, but how to be better parents themselves. Also, what I have noticed with my kids they usually would eat the meals that they prepare.
