Even the kids love this Vegan Egg Rolls
Ingredients:
~ Nasoya vegan egg roll wrappers @nasoya – I usually find them in any grocery store
~ peanut oil / olive oil or vegetable oil if you prefer
~ scallions 5-6
~ onions-1
~ 5-6 garlic cloves
~ 2 cups shredded red cabbage- you can also use red and green cabbage
~ 1-2 cups of shredded carrots
~ amino acids and coconut liquid aminos from @bragg
~ all bagel seasoning & Cilantro
~ or if you don’t have the al bagel seasoning add lots of white and black sesame seeds
~ you can also add some other veggies like zucchini or peppers if you would like; or tofu as well
~ peanut sauce
Directions:
~ Sauté the garlic, onions and scallions with the oil
~ Add the cabbage and carrots
~ Add the liquid aminos and the spices
~ Cook for 5 -7 mins
~ Then roll scoop of the mixture on to the wrapper – swipe left to see
~ Drizzle with Oil and then bake for 10 mins on 375F
Serve with peanut sauce and Enjoy!
